I don't have a proper measurement setup.

I am more than willing to assemble the unit and ship it to someone else for detailed off-axis testing. Any takers?

Any updates on the measurement!! ? This is very interesting project.

For Woofer, I'd use similar Metal Cone. Like ZA14, or Fountek FW146/FW16... Cheap too.

The ZA14 looks like a nice unit - small, low distortion, decent max SPL... Only problem is it doesn't have great sensitivity, which means I'm going to have to spring for a 100W vs 50W amp channel based on my rough calculations (have a look at the spreadsheet I linked to on your S14 HTguide thread).
