check this out, viewsonic has a video processor similar to the avtoolbox AVT-3340, for the same price (US$99). it also has a remote.

i bought one of those and i was unhappy with it. maybe its just be but the resolution is REALLY bad it doesnt take the full capacity of the screen. it lowers the sound output and you need an antenna to watch tv, my cable was blocky. BUT my dreamcast and xbox look "decent". this jsut my experience yours MAY be different. if i were you i'd get the N6.
