Viewsonic PJ800 Issue

I recently acquired two PJ800s in the middle of my projector building quest (I'm more active on Lumenlab, I just came here because I found a similar thread on Google), and both seem to have the same problem.

The green vertical lines seem to repeat themselves a few pixels over. One of the projectors wasn't too bad with this issue until the other day, then it started to get real bad. I had the PJ on earlier and it was almost perfect, then it just reverted back to the ghosting/doubling issue.

Does anybody have any ideas as to what this problem could be?

It appears that vertical green and red lines are being moved about. Sometimes the green issue will fix itself mostly after running for about 15 mins, but usually it doesn't. The red seems to be permanently messed up (as in it doesn't correct itself). Does anybody have any ideas on this? (There aren't artifacts in the resulting images, it's just the fact that I only had access to a crappy camera and the room was dark):

Two pictures of the projected image:
An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.

Pic of laptop screen, this is what the projected image should be:
