YouTube is your best option. Other than that the forum will directly accept MP4 files up to 9.54Mb in size.
Mine has 2.33Mb in MPG format. I'm completely novice to video formats, and it appears that the upload isn't accepted by the upload interface. Do I need to convert it?
The forum will only accept MP4 directly. You can put anything you like in a zipped folder as long as it fits (3.8Mb I think)
