The output gate resistor 47ohm is bad they are big resistor. Can I use Normal 47ohm resistor? How much wattage it should be?

They are likely flameproof. I'd suggest using identical resistors for replacements.

I have 39ohms, can I use them for one bank. I found some similar amps had 39ohms.

It MAY be OK but I'd order/use the correct value.

How much idle current this amp uses. With limiting resistor it is coming on but resistor gets hot. When I tried to touch without limiting for a fraction of second it goes upto 5amps. I am afraid something will blow.

Which FETs are heating up when it's connected through the limiter?

Nothing heating.

5 amps isn't much for all of the PS FETs. Are the outputs in the circuit?

Yes outputs in the circuit. I tried to fix power supply at 4amp and gave the power without limiting resistor and amp came on also produced the output nice clean sinewave. But power supply restricted it to 4amp actually it may be pulling little more as voltage dropped little bit from 12.6v to around 11v.
