You can't possibly tell if all gate drive signals are the same with all of that noise. Ground the scope probe to the source leg of the FET that you're checking the gate signal.
I was asking about the difference in the drive signals. If you're posting for a different reason, you need to make that clear.
If all gate drives are identical, I don't see a problem. The drain/primary waveforms look like when the deadtime is excessive or there is a problem with the drive. If there is no problem with the drive and all primary windings are being driven, I'd test at high power to see if any real problems show up.
actually you are correct. I have a 2nd one of these that cuts out at over 12v. Ill start a new thread.
After a long break im back at this again. Im trying to figure out what's causing there to be .5v on the source of both high side banks and also on the drain of only 1 of the low sides. This is without the driver card installed.
