This amp works and produce audio for 10 seconds after initial power up and then the audio cuts out. It doesnt draw excessive current or anything.
What are you losing when you lose audio?
PS voltage?
Rail-rail oscillation?
Audio to the driver board?
Is that the RCA jacks that melted?

I still have rail to rail oscillation
Do I check for signal on pin 1 of the irs2184s?
It appears that the 7912 is only being fed -7vdc.
When i started poking around the ps I noticed a few banks have waves that looked weird. (See pic)
Thats just the master/slave jack that got melted.

Fix the problems that you know exist first.
What does the gate drive look like for the banks that look like what you posted?
Is the positive 12v regulator fed from the same winding as the negative 12v regulator?
If so, is it being fed about 15-20v?
If you have rail-rail oscillation, the IC has drive.
