Otherwise.... would a 3U case, or better, the narrower 3U case work for a P channel amp?

Sorry for my late reply to you all. Was unfortunately in hospital and missed the messages.

The amp is still available and i can ship. Shipping costs largely depend on the companies and the required speed.
Swiss Post international shipping to USA would be approximately 100$.
For DHL and other try a simulation to get an idea.

I also have a second almost identical amp with 2sk82 VFETs available. The casing is not numbered.
