Venhaus Cat5 interconnect recipe

My brother in law made a set of these and gave them to me years back and they are still the best sounding I've heard. Since then, Chris Venhaus has come up with a new silver recipe and removed this one from his website. Would anyone have happened to make these, or save the recipe?

Thanks.

I think I have it figured out with the help of the internet and my BIL's memory. It's teflon tape, then tin foil with drain wire, then another teflon, then heat shrink casing.

My original post for line level interconnects.
I've made a pair of those back in the days when I didn't know any better about audio cable requirements. If my memory serves, it uses something like 30 ga. or thinner silver wire and Teflon tape.

I thought it's a good thing but after learning about what Hi-Fi is, I gave it away and made some interconnects with RG-59 cables and connectors by Canare company which cost less per cable than VenHaus stuff.

The moral of the story is, don't waste your time and money on those exotic cables because the standard cables that come with the components or cheap cables available on the market are already Hi-Fi.

If it's so good, why would VenHaus remove it from his website?

Well, there it is. Belden 1505A cable with Canare connectors. When the other is made, I will do a blind test with the old Venhaus CAT5e recipe. This is were my wife comes in...haha
