KSA1381E/KSC3503E pairs almost all are gone.Trying to get it from genuine suppliers. KSA 1381E is easily available.KSC3503E is very difficult to get. I know one source they are doing obsolete component business. But asking price is too high. 1.18 USD/Piece for 500 Nos.

All other transistors are available

Here they are...
I'm glad I have the last A1381-C3503 😀

The A1209-C2911 is the highest hFE(best matched),
then the A1360-C3423 it is also better hFE,
the A1381-C3503 is a bit difficult to find matched hFE ... 🙂
note : I randomly pick two pieces of them.

My best option to buy is the A1360-C3423 ...
if you need higher hFE go for A1209-C2911 (range of 200)

Sorry Andrew, I don't have. If the operating/supply voltage is less than +_60 you can use 2SA1145 which is more easily available,instead of 2sa1371.
