Valve schematic & PC board design

Has any one come a cross a good program that is user friendly and allows you to draw schematics using valves. Also the same but for designing PC boards for valves? There is a vast range out there and little in the way of a survey to recogmend which are worth looking at.
Comments would be appreciated.
