This is a tube based maida designed around the same lines as the one posted previously. However its for a single octal pass tube.
Important to notify folks using these boards -- the capacitor on the ADJ pin is necessary for stability with the HV Maida regulator. While most folks think of it as an adjunct to reduce noise, it assures that the output impedance remains stable. The trade-off however, a large value impairs transient response:

Thanks for the heads up, I got 10uF Cadj in both versions i think. I will double check before ordering any boards.
A friend of mine has used the EL34 based board from a previous lot, and he is very happy with the result.
These supplies are quite useful if you got another winding for a floating screen supply, you can build a wide-adjustment range prototyping supply with them.
