Working on tube emulation with transistors and want to compare with triode models.
I am assuming LTSpice is best source for models. I heard you can import LTSpice models into Simetrix
Where would I go to download the best models for standard preamp and low power class AB tubes?
Hooked on Simetrix - retired switchmode converter engineer and SIMPLIS/Simetrix common in that field

The Ayumi models in this post are excellent. They have already been formatted to be LTspice compatible.

Yes -- found them -- they work great in SIMETRIX and it is a very full list of models.
Learned a ton about Class A using EL34 before building
I am comparing Jfet distortion effects to Class A amp for guitar
So far everything lines up with bench testing. Tube models look very accurate.
This is so much fun for a retired power conversion engineer. It is all so similar 🙂
