I'm using a PC case as an amplifier Chassis.
It has a built in momentary switch which i would like to use to turn the amp on.
Could someone advise me on a fused relay board that would allow me to use this particular button to turn on and off the 230v supply?

Think about this for a moment.
You need power for the circuit that operates the relay.
But you have turned the power source off.
Momentary switches usually put things into standby.

I designed the Intelligent Soft Start for exactly that purpose as well: https://neurochrome.com/products/intelligent-soft-start

If the switch is rated for mains voltage, you can use it to control a latching relay. It has a built in momentary switch which i would like to use to turn the amp on.
Not wrong.Cheers guys
Lol 'russc'. Bit condescending, quite a bit wrong to boot.
You do need standby power which the board you linked to does provide.
I'm glad you took my comments in good spirit.
It would be useful to outline the amp/power supply you wish to control.
Switchmode supplies or amplifier boards with built in supplies sometimes have provision to put into standby so you only need to mess with the low voltage side.
If you already had the answer, why ask?
