Should be no problem, but u may not be comfortable with the margin (I'll be using the 43CTQ100 for the Aleph 5 PSU). It's better than ultafast soft recovery diodes as it has no reverse recovery.Peter Daniel said:Can it be used with rails +/- 45V DC?

I have never got Schottky diodes to sound as good as soft recovery types. I also don't think 100 volts is sufficient margin.
