I'm working on a srpp 6072 /vt52 headphone amp ala Rankin's bugle 45 and it occurred to me that since I already have 6.3VDC for the VT52 (sylvania) and I need to bias it up for the output tube anyway, why not just use it to heat the srpp so the top section of the driver does not exceed the rated heater cathode voltage.
Is there any potential problem with this scheme?
Is there any advantage to using a voltage divider from the B+ rather than the common heater supply?

i have it like that, power xfmr secondary 6,3 doubler -feeding pair of dc-dc units (2,5 6,3)
the 12ax7 heater is floating 70v
