What is the reading?

For powered operation, use the 200mV range.

For unpowered operation, use the ohms setting (the reading will be less than 1 ohm).

200mV range does not produce any readings, change to 200 and I got 25 and 24v reading

That makes no sense, so probably we should not go farther.
Readings should be either a few mV (when powered), or less than 1 ohm (when unpowered).

recently purchased an usher reference 1.5 fibale, I noticed that the right channel has an offset of 175 mv and the right channel 140 mv, since it does not have an offset adjustment trimmer, I kindly ask for advice on where to change it and if you could send me the wiring diagram, so that a friend who is an expert in the sector can handle it.

That amp has a cap in the feedbackloop, hence no DC adjustment.

Basically it`s a Threshold lookalike, maybe ask Nelson about it. You would have to match the input transistors to get rid of the DC.
