useless drilbit???

I've bought a 30mm hs wood drill. The plan is/was to use it to dril a hole through hardwood front of my passive preamp.

Since it makes nice near round holes (when cutting only half of the wood) it's useless with a electric hand drill...

Guess a drillpress is the answer

Or those evil round saw thingy's...

You need a sawtooth or forster bit, which can be hand held. Should not cost more than US $7.00. Norman
