use sony s-120a IC in place of ta-100w

Hi all, this is my first post and I know enough about vintage electronics to make me dangerous so bare with me. I have a kenwood ka-9100 that needs the output ICs replaced. I was told that sony s-120a IC would work with some pin reconfiguration. Well I did it and still can't get them to work. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Find a datasheet, and I'll give you an intellegent answer. As it is, I've been working on 9100 amps for a very long time, and I've never heard of a pin-for-pin replacement. The usual source is an otherwise trashed 9100.
