It's a Projection TV Lens
That lens is one of the Delta series of lenses. They are mostly for rear projection TV screens that use CRT tubes. Usually they will only work with curved surfaces, but this one seems to be made for a flat image source. Either way, this typ of lens needs to be nearly in contact with the image source, so you'd need to be using an LCD that was roughly 4" across in order for the lens to be of any use. You might consider buying it and taking pictures of your projected images - the Delta lenses are awesome, but are typically not the way to go because of their size limitations.
