USB to XLR kits?

I want to find a simple, clean solution to get music from my itunes server (an old powerbook) to my speakers (which take XLR only).

I was looking for something in a kit (I just recently made a 303-clone from a kit and had a fun time doing so), something to go from USB to balanced XLR.

Are there any kits like that? I've searched this forum and a few others but kits seem to be either USB to unbalanced or optical to balanced.

Thanks!

I have something like that:
ADS Tech "Instant Music" USB <-> RCA analog / Toslink S/PDIF; bits and rate is limited to something like 16/48.
Behringer SRC-2496 ADC/DAC/SRC with XLR ins and outs, up to 24/96.
Total cost about $200. I expect the Behringer could benefit from a modded power supply, but as-is it hopefully outperforms most internal sound cards, and gives me galvanic isolation.

Or you could just wire up XLR - RCA cables; if your speakers have XLR inputs, the manual probably explains how to wire them to unbalanced sources. If not check the tech papers at Rane.com
