USB Interface for Earthworks

I don't pay more that $300 for B&K mikes. I have 8 right now.
I understand the focus on a premium measurement microphone. However you need to know how to use it to get useful info. And once you understand how to get good and avoid bad info then you can use a Behringer or similar mike with a cal curve (And I have limited confidence in any of these above 10 KHz, too may external effect will degrade the accuracy).

Does the mike come with cal data? Does it have a response correction file? Do you have a calibrator? Its necessary to have known levels.

What you need is a preamp with phantom power and low noise. 96K sampling will get the full capability of that microphone. The Focusrite will do what you need. Spend some time with ARTA and REW. Read the docs and make some measurements. Look at the measurements and see if they make sense. There is a steep learning curve to getting useful info.

The Omnimike https://www.parts-express.com/Dayton-Audio-OmniMic-V2-Acoustic-Measurement-System-390-792 might be a better choice since the software helps you avoid the first stage of making it all work. It basically works out of the box for what you want.
