Could anybody give me ideas or schematics about power controlling with USB.
I need to switch ON/OFF for example 8 different high voltage applications. Its should be controlled by computer.

There's the Labjack U12, which is a USB box with analog and digital I/O.

To control high voltage stuff, the safest way would be to use a "solid state relay", or a real relay.
