US-partners needed

Hi from Switzerland,
I am running a uniqe "projectorlamp service" in Switzerland for about 18 months:
CH: http://www.lampenwechsel.ch/index.php?language=en.
US: http://www.fix-my-lamp.com (under construction)
The idea is simple: customers get a Ticket, send their projector lamp, you will replace burner (not whole bulb!) and send it back.
I found out there is no such service in the US. Do you think this service could be succesfull in the US too? Anyone like to be a Servicepartner or a webshopowner? I will offer all you need: webstore, knowhow, tools and supplyers.

I have refurbished more than 600 lamps so far an most of them work fine. I cant see a different to original if relamping is done carefully. Most customers are very pleased too (see reviews). Some models dont work (i have blacklistet them). I have contacts to chinese suppliers who offers compatible burners starting from 30$ / pcs! For further details refer to my businessplan: http://www.lampenwechsel.ch/us-businessplan.pdf

I have some ideas about this organisatuion could look like:

Shopowner: Is an company or salesmann. He takes care in first place of

accounting, purchase, tax etc. He runs the webstore, collects money, pays his service partners, pays taxes, statrs adcampaings etc. Therefore a experienced salesman with legal and ecommerce knowhow is best.
Service Partners: Those who carry out actual lamp service. Some DIY skills, a basement or workshop and simple tools will do. Customers send their lamps along with their Ticket directliy to assigned Servicepartner. Servicepartners get paid per lamp by the shopowner. They can be on different location all over the US. Each Partner gets a login to the webstore backend including seperate sales report, tracking etc.

Webmaster /Supporter: This will be my part. Including hosting, maintenance, productlisting update, additional webshop features, online marketing, SEO optimazion etc. I will also share experience and knowhow for
operational business. My commision will be 2$ to 4$ per lampe (only succesfull selling will be charged)

Contact man: for business clients. Visits businesses, makes arrangments such as service contracts etc.
What dou you think off?

so long
