Unsubscribe from mailing list at AVNirvana

I receive mails from AV Nirvana although I don't have an account over there and NEVER asked to send me mails.
There's a link in the mail to unsubscribe but it returns an error.
Filling the contact form asking to unsubscribe me also returns an error.
Any help appreciated.

You may be able to "View raw message" or similar to see the unformatted email with header information. You might be able to trace it.

I made the mistake not to copy the whole link. I ommited everything after the question mark.
Now it worked, thanks.

I would just put a rule in my email client that immediatly delete that mail if i can't unsubscribe. I had some cases like that, You can also mark it as spam off course (then the spamfilter will delete it after a while).
