This is happening in the one speaker that had not given any problems. Music fades out and in. It starts playing ok and then the volume fades, then starts again like in a cycle. I do not believe it might be a bad panel issue maybe something to do with the electronics, any orientation will be appreciated
Check the 1000uf /16 v cap. Sheldon says it can trigger the Triac and reduce output since they run this cap close to its rating and fail easily.

Broken connection in the high-voltage supply or between supply and panels maybe? Does it fade out very slowly in dry weather?
A clamp circuit problem with be instantaneous. Since it's happening slowly, my money is on a high voltage supply problem. I'd give the MOV in the front end the stink-eye.
I suppose the polyfuse could be going, but I've never seen one exhibit that sort of behavior.
