the logo seems to remind me of an amp I saw on a market in London in the late '90s , if i am not mistaken near Blandford Square.
costed only a few pounds and i had it in my hands but the seller wouldn't budge to lower the price so I put it back on the street.
the amp was called a DLS and if you look into the logo, you will notice with not too much imagination D L and a S
but then ofcourse Russian valves are everywhere
