Hi All, I am new to the forum and have a question right off the bat.
I am in Australia and have recently bought an RCA theater amp and cannot
find any information on it.
I have not removed the amps as of yet but cannot see any numbers on them.
The Tube combinations are
Main Amp 57, 6V6, 6V6, 80, 5V4
Center Pre Amp section are 3 x 57's
The Monitor Amp, 6SJ7, 6SJ7, 6L6, 5V4.
Thanks All
Josh

Looks like it may have been modified anyway.
When I encounter such a thing, I just sit down with a pad and pencil and draw up a schematic from the circuit. Really, it isn't that hard. And this amp is not all that complex under the skin.
You already should know what the rectifier tube circuit looks like, and two 6V6s usually means a push pull, which all look similar. Obne tube will be the phase inverter, and there are only a few versions of that to chose from.

The amps themselves haven't been modified just the in/out wiring.
That will be the next step to trace out some circuits, was just wondering if someone out
there recognized it.
Cheers Josh
