since Motorola is gone as a semi mfr, you can't just ask them.
If you have a lot of them, then what I do is to run them on a curve tracer and just see what they do. You can get all the specs that way.
Otherwise it is just a random power transistor...

Mototola is not gone, they just have a new name. On Semi is still the same company that used to be Motorola semiconductor, they are now separate from the company that kept the Moto name. You can ask them about old Moto products. They may or may not have an answer, but they are still there.
