Unknown Part - Blue with a black ring

I have this part, Position RF6.


It is shorted, 0Ohms. Is that a correct or a wrong value and what kind of part is this? A Diode?


Or it is just a Resistor with Zero Ohm, 1 Black Ring.

Ok now that i posted my question. Of course I see resistor RF1, google that **** and see the word Zero-Ohm-Link.

Looks like a jumper (black is 0 ohms) with a ferrite bead on it.

He had it right. It's a 0 ohm jumper. Ferrite beads are typically left natural (no coating) like the ones below.
