Unknown Amplifier

"I do buy faulty amps and fix them but I was just puzzled with this one, the seller claiming them been Class A from Precision One where we can see clearly that they are a diy jobbie and to top it up the asking price."

Will try is actually very simple
I buy faulty amplifiers and other audio gear, repair them and sell them or keep them depending on the "machine".
This one got me puzzled because it doesn't fit the description there no way in hell that amp was a commercial version of any kind and me personally wouldn't touch it period.
My initial question was if someone would or could recognise the amp noting else.

Even when I was 16, and sitting at my neighbor's workbench designing and assembling a simple 3-tube amp on an aluminum chassis, I never did that kind of slop-mess.
I wished I had a photo of that little amp as proof, it served me well back then.
