I don't mean to hijack this thread but i'm about to order this chassis and was wondering if anyone has used it before:

I think the chassis is easy! just bolt bars to the corners of your heatsinks, bolt a front and back and top and bottom to those bars.. 4 sheets, 2 heatsinks, 4 bars, some drilling and taping..
My last one practically built itself while I was sleeping.
I just attached a couple of pictures.. It's not quite finished. I'm wiring it all up this evening.

I'm in! There is nothing wrong with a simple standard case IMO. If someone could gen up the template for Front Panel Express including front, back, top and bottom (with a couple of back options, for balanced and without) they I believe will host it. At least it seems they have with a couple of other projects (two from Bottlehead and another) http://www.frontpanelexpress.com/en/showcase/enclosures.html. That way all we have to do is supply our own standard 35 series heatsink from Conrad and order up the parts in whatever color we choose. Something simple and similar to what Mr. Pass uses without bells and whistles with standard switches, fuse holders and rca's (from Mouser or Digikey). I would love to be able to call them up and order these pieces for a new PassDIY project. Even if a lot of folks are not into this I would be willing to go in on three sets with you, just send me a PM.
I like Wicked1's idea. That's what I had in mind for my F5 project. (it's next!) I just need to take a trip to Metals Supermarket for top bottom and back pieces
What about the 300 mm version of This?
I saw the site on a DIY Audio banner, and it looks pre-drilled, and suitable.

Its not inexpensive, but not outrageous either.
I think its got enough heat-sink for an F series clone.
