"Under moderation" after Email Change?

Hi!

I have changed my email address (successfully). After confirming my new email address I received an email with this text:

Thanks for registering at diyAudio! We are glad you have chosen to be a part of our community and we hope you enjoy your stay.

Please note that to ensure the highest signal to noise ratio, you have been placed "under moderation" until you prove that (a) you are not a spam robot and (b) you can post intelligently and respectfully, after which time you will be "released" from moderation.

Am I really "under moderation" now? *) I have joined diyaudio 11 years ago.
