Please help: I built 3 of these amplifiers and I repeatedly have a problem with soft start: the 10nF ceramic burns out after about a year. It happened in every one of my UP amplifiers already and I don't know where the problem is. It will happen in stand by mode only. I use 10nF from SRpassives. What do you think about it? Thanks a lot..

Remove it. It should work fine without.
