Time ago I bought a UFO202 Behringer interface that is not giving signal output that is fed to the left channel input and that gives to both outputs what is fed to the right channel input. All this through the USB port. Today I bought a new UCA222 that is having exactly the same trouble. There exists the possibility that the trouble is in the USB port of my PC, but what I see at videos of Youtube, always show the same signal levels at both channels indicating a mono output.
Someone knows if these interfaces are real stereo?. I am attaching the stereo signal I am feeding to both channels and the mono output I am getting at both channels.

USB is neither mono or stereo, it is a data stream.
My first thought is a configuration error. Perhaps they can be reinitialized? And in your computer make sure it doesn't have any sort of internal panning that has been altered.
In servicing musical equipment I have many times had a customer bring in something like a drum machine or MIDI sound module complaining one side of the outputs was not working. And I would find that all the sound outputs were programmed to be panned all the way over to the left (or right).

I checked the configuration of the microphone properties within the options of the control panel. The recording option showed some like this, translated from Spanish: "channel 1, 16 bit, 44100 Hz (CD quality)". I changed to "channel 2, 16 bit, 48000 Hz (DVD quality). "DVD quality" is recommended by the Arta Software I will use with the sound card to measure speakers parameters.
