I just thought of a fun project. I already have the pieces lying around.
Am I correct in assuming that the differential input on the UcD180 makes it irrelevant if I have a dc voltage on the inputs as long as it's the same.
I'm toying with the idea of hooking up the Dac straight to the amp without a buffer and it being a BII it'll have 1.65VDC at the output. 🙂
It'll run like a Voltage dac but I'm fine with that.

Not really. Try applying 1000Vdc to both inputs ;-)
