UcD180AD distorting

Hi there..

My trusty UcD180AD has let me down.

1 channel is distorting, and is producing an audible hum, not 50hz but higher, I guess aprox. 500hz.

Story before the error occurred - nothing. The amp is only used occasionally and it has been a while since it had been used.

Story after - nothing. No smoke, no nothing.

Any help is appreciated.

Closing this one myself. Problem seems to have disappeared after the module have been onto the bench.
