I was thinking about using UcD180 for the range
100hz-1500hz in a fully active system using two
parallell Seas W22EX. http://www.seas.no/PDF data excel 05/W22EX001E0022.pdf
The impedance curve indicates that the total
impedance will be around 3 ohms. My question
is, will the UcD180 maintain sound quality under
these terms without "loosing grip" of the cones?
The supply voltage will be +-40V.

This is no problem. We test all UcD modules with a load of 1 ohm and the THD must be below 0.05%.
