I would switch places with the GLB or add another one on the class D transformer. Reason is class D common gnd injects noisy HF currents into the PE gnd and then it seeks other paths to return to the amp, this needs to be high impedance to keep circulating HF currents within the amp PCB. Also consider two common mode chokes from the amps PS lines then to GLB common. Note common mode chokes are ferrite toroid's with normal hook up wire looped through with about 10-20 turns. ( BTW the biggest source of RFI is the class D PCBs near your analog and all input and output cables )
