greetings before you attempt making d class amps get a proper core T157-2 OR SIMILAR MATERIAL 2 CORE irs 900 amp i feel very sensitive if proper core is not used try the irs 3000 pcb its working good
has ocp will save your mosfets detex audio has changed pcb layout with a reason DONT try IRS2092 till you have made a few dclass amps its cost in india is about400 rs

hi i will make the amp i am interested for the one with irfp250 +/-80vlts switching at 250KHzHi stewin,
with limitter or without limitter which one you ask and PCB not compleated

without limiter but with overcurrent protection if possible . you can add totem pole so i can use 3 pairs irfp260n

I integrated the OCP in the bias regulator for IRS900
You just need to put a shunt resistor in the low side of IRS900 and cut the "SD to ground" track in IR2110 IC.
Then connect the "pad-sense" pin between the shunt resistor and lowside mosfet.
Connect the "pad-prot" to SD pin of IR2110.
The OCP is based on IRS2000.
LM311 outputs "low" if overcurrent is detected, then triggers the NE555 to output "high" to the SD pin of IR2110 for n seconds.
