Try FAN7392 instead of IR2110 ic seems sound is more refined

which design that you're using? irs900 or amplificador 1200?

if this if your first project, it would be best if you could try with a lower, say 35 or 45v first before moving to >50v. my amp which is dead stable at 35v went up in smoke when i feed it 65v. make a stable amp at lower voltage first before going higher.

i will try both desing, problem are same. +/- 30v amp ok. but i feed above 40v gate driver get warm or smoke. pls help to solve.

hello kirubakaran,IR2110 is a 14pin package while IR2011 is an 8pin you cannot insert it write away with out interchanging the pin's,one more thing it will take your time,try this layout i'll try to upload,hope it will help.
