Those seem to be inductors, not cores. Maybe ferrites, but i'm not convinced. If they are really ferrites, you have to brake them parts.

Have you measured your switching freq yet? The original schemetic with the original phase lead network gives a switching freq of 120kHz. The corner freq (-3dB) of your filter is about 50kHz (at 4.5 Ohm), this means about 20dB filtering only, very poor. The 1mm gap could be enough to protect your core from saturation, but you can have a very high ripple current at the inductor.

I dont know my switching freq, because i don't have osiloskope or other instruments... In original schematic output filter has 30uH and capacitor 1.5uF. On my amp output filter has 20uH (24 turns on t106-26 with gap 1mm) and 1uF. Output coil and core are very very hot (on high power on 4ohms speakers with +-50V, output coli after several minutes begins to smell the heat).
Sound is great, output transistors are cold even on high power and I have full audio spectar.

What are you suggest that I do?
Important to me is a great strength, a little heat and a full range of audio spectar and classic sound quality, I dont need absolute Hi-Fi, I need for the parties

maybe this schema the protection part can be in-cooperated .it uses 555 and ltv817 optocupler when it senses the load is high or there is a short circuit it disconnects ground from r10 .
