It looks like the leg broke where it transitions from narrow to wide. If so, you can do something like you see in the attached image. You can run both strands instead of cutting one off. This isn't the 'right' way to do this but I had to do it many times in Planet Audio and Power Acoustik amps that had poor support for the boards and never had one come back due to this type of fix. If the replacement isn't available, it's better than sending it to fill a hole in the ground.
Another alternative also requires hard-wiring but for other reasons. The diodes face the opposite way for the APT30D60BHB but they're in short supply.
Depending on the amp, there may be other options if you have the space for other solutions.
Hopefully, someone will come up with a better option but if the only option is a landfill, try this.

It's a DD M3C, and yes the legs snapped right where they transition from thick to thin.
