I'm interested in the experiences others have had when using U.FL cable vs. stranded wire to connect I2S signals from the Cronus to a BIII .

I had been using stranded wire for each signal (3) and one ground wire.
Last week I soldered SMT U.FL connectors, what a pain😡, on the BIII.
Thank goodness the Cronus came with them already mounted!

So, I noticed a decidedly improved sound. Please don't ask for a description.😉

Possibly the stranded non shielded wire was spraying RF around or increasing jitter!?
