My final goal is to input two ntsc video inputs (from pinhole cameras). As far as I see there are essentially two options:
1) Two tuner cards w/ 1 ntsc input each.
2) A duplexer w/ 2 ntsc inputs in and 1 ntsc output w/ a modified image (half the width on each for example). I believe this is ideal, but I can't find any circuits.
My main goals are to stay relatively cheap (don't want to buy a $450 pre-packaged duplexer) and I don't necessarily want to cause any unnecessary demand on the pc (which I think having two tuner cards could cause). Has anyone seen any diy circuits for two input multiplexer? Are there any better solutions?
Any help is much appreciated!
