I bought these matched pairs from Bear of Bear Labs (a regular poster around here) back in November of last year for an amp project. Well, that never happened and the MOSFETS never got taken out of the sealed plastic.

$40 obo + shipping for the two pairs

See my other items up for sale - transformers, gainclone kit, 211 transmitting tubes.
