tweeter crossover frequency question

That lowers the knee for the cap.

kindly let me know how did you derive -3db ? from the resistor or the inductor?
And Does the cap still see total impedance of 9.9ohms in the presence of the inductor?

It was done in XSim. The tweeter impedance was assumed as per your diagram, a flat 5.8R accross the whole spectrum, so the spl as well. Another curve created in response modeler spreadsheet served a purpose of creating the bw2 response to compare it with. Best to try it out yourself.
