I have read somewhere (in danish/swedish high fidelity magazine) that you can use a tweeter as a microphone for measuring the bass response of a woofer + box.
Something like this:
the tweeter is placed mounted in the wall of the box, and is used as a microphone measuring the total sound pressure inside the box=> equal to TOTAL bass output of woofer and ports.
By this way you dont need a aenochotic chamber to get good results for low bass response.
Are there anyone who have had any experience with this and what do you think about the method?
