Looks like a Littelfuse logo. It might be one of the devices in the link.

You can see the manufacturer's logo "LF" for Littlefuse.
I guessed that the package size is "SMA", which is common, and the smallest of SMA, SMB, SMC.
There is no polarity marking band that a normal diode has, so it's bi-directional.
I Googled "SMA TVS marking code XT"
Google produced the Littlefuse datasheet amongst which was "SMAJ18CA", an 18v bi-directional TVS in an SMA package. Oh, and its marking code is XT.
