TV Tuner

I'm looking for a TV Tuner that I can use with my DIY Projector.
I don't want to use a PC for this tuner.
It needs to be able to put out a composite signal in 16:9 format.
Also PAL is required.
It is like the TV tuner of a video with widescreen.

Does someone know if this exists.
